Caitlin Heaney is an animated young professional with dexterity in writing and editing, as well as a passion for working with clients one-on-one. She maintains a comprehensive view of the written word as a medium for both communication and enhancement of a person's life. Having graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Saint Thomas with a degree in English Literature and three years of experience as a Peer Consultant in the University's Center for Writing, she knows how to actively engage clients in the development of their written, oral, and critical thinking skills. She is currently employed at Inver Hills Community College in Inver Grove Heights, MN, as a Professional Writing Consultant in the Learning Center. Beyond her years in the University of Saint Thomas' Center for Writing, Caitlin spent a year in the Minnesota Reading Corps teaching 5-year-olds basic literacy concepts. She also has ample professional and amateur experience as an actress and vocalist in the Twin Cities.
