I'm a stonemason and geologist, and I enjoy tutoring students in physical science, earth science, environmental science, and geology. I spent six years studying these topics in depth, and I like to show students how concepts relate to applications in the real world. The subjects I tutor are used in everyday in environmental studies, technology, and math, so there are lots of examples I can provide. I also encourage students to develop a love of learning in my sessions. I will work alongside my students and do whatever it takes to help them achieve success. In addition to stone working, I also enjoy woodworking, gardening, hiking, and listening to bluegrass music.
