I'm currently a Senior at Hamline University seeking a degree in Public Health, with minors in Biology and Spanish and a TEFL certification. I have a 3.10 GPA, and a very diverse academic background due to Hamline's rigorous adherence to a true liberal arts education. I plan on going into medicine and have an EMT certification and clinical experience.
Experience
No previous tutoring experience and a 26 ACT. I want to be a tutor because I want to help others learn and appreciate the subjects I am passionate about. I've taken two years of biology and chemistry at Hamline, and will be taking Advanced Spanish Composition this spring. I'm well traveled and have a knack for language. I began just this year with Spanish in February at a beginning level, but immersed myself in the culture behind the language and fell in love with it. Through self study and motivation I've become extremely proficient in the language and would love to help others in their endeavors.
