Experience
I have been sought out informally and formally as a teacher all of my life, be it as a child learning to swim (taught the others who didn't pass the first time through to succeed, even though I was the youngest of my peers at the time). Sought out as a TA in nursing school to assist undergraduates in the nursing program. Through out nursing career I have enjoyed many opportunities to provide in-services, develop ed materials and problem solve as a team member in a variety of settings. Life long learner of languages, integrative therapies in health, consciousness and spirituality, and have experienced the joy of travelling in Africa, Asia, New Zealand, South Sea Islands, Europe and US, Canada - LOVE geography, languages, and writing. Can be especially helpful with study approaches according to one's learning style. I can also bolster confidence and offer insight re: test-taking strategies. I enjoy learning from each person I work with to master material according to each person's vision for themselves.
