I am 2014 Summa Cum Laude graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. I have a B.S. in Business Marketing with a concentration in Communications and a certification in Global Studies. I graduated with a 3.89 GPA.
Experience
While in college, I was a member of the Honors Program, inducted into 6 honor societies, and worked as an academic coach for the Freshman Success Program. This program has been statistically proven to increase the retention rate from freshman to sophomore year. I have also worked as a peer-educator for the Rising Sun Wealth Club, educating young people about the importance of money management and wealth literacy. The composite of my best SAT scores is 1880 with my highest score in Writing. I want to be a tutor because I love helping people. More specifically, I like seeing that "a-ha" moment in other people when they finally understand something that previously seemed so difficult.
